READ CAREFULLY – THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS FOR ENTRY TO PRIVATE PROPERTY DURING THIS AND ALL FUTURE VISITS

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which apply to this and all future visits to the Property listed above, whether for organized events or informal gatherings, starting on the date signed below and continuing indefinitely unless revoked in writing by either party.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that entering and participating in activities at the Property may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to tripping hazards, wildlife, uneven terrain, fire pits, weather-related conditions, or other unforeseeable dangers. I freely and voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to access and/or participate in activities on the Property, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and hold harmless Owner, their family members, agents, and any volunteers or organizers acting on their behalf (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, property damage, or loss that may occur while at the Property, regardless of cause.

3. Ongoing Applicability

This waiver applies to this and all future visits to the Property, including participation in social gatherings, private events, or informal activities, and remains in effect unless and until revoked in writing by either party.

4. Medical Treatment

I authorize the Owner or event organizers to seek emergency medical care for me (or for my minor child, if applicable) in the event of an accident or medical situation. I understand I am responsible for any associated medical costs.

5. Photography/Media Release

I understand and give consent to the Owner or event organizers to take and use photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during any visit to the Property for non-commercial purposes, including promotion or documentation.

6. Minors

If signing on behalf of a minor under age 18, I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to the above terms on their behalf.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
