Adyrae is native to Oklahoma and has lived here all her life. She has been practicing Transcendental Meditation and Yoga since 2017, and is an Ordained Minister through Universal Life Church.

In 2021 Adyrae experienced extreme darkness at the sudden loss of her beloved brother, and within eight months, the unexpected loss of her father. After the loss of her father many truths were reveled that turned her life inside out. Yet she was able to find her way through the darkness to emerge with renewed strength. She embraced and studied grief in many layers and gates which led her to Grief & Life Transition Coaching.

On her journey she has also gained training in the Peruvian Medicine Wheel and the Celtic Wheel, along with other healing modalities that helped her to remember her path as a Medicine Woman. She also became certified in Pranayama yoga & Ceremonial Breathwork Facilitation.

Adyrae has been though many difficult lived experiences. She now helps others on their Journey through the Underworld and back home to their Soul again.
