BreathWeaving is a ceremonial breathwork style created by weaving together different elements of breathwork such as pranayama and holotropic breath along with energy work. This immersive experience is designed to guide you into deeper states of awareness, healing, and release.

Each session begins with the opening sacred space and grounding mediation, followed by 45-50 minutes of intentional breathwork. After returning to natural breath in savasana, we close with a heartfelt sharing circle to reflect, integrate, and speak anything that may have arisen during your journey.

Please allow up to 75 to 90 minutes for this transformative experience.

Sacred Rose OKC will host this gathering for you or we can bring the ceremony to you, traveling fees may apply.
