BreathWeaving
Trained in the Peruvian Medicine Wheel, Ceremonial Breathwork and other healing modalities. BreathWeaving is a ceremonial breathwork style created by weaving together different elements of breathwork such as pranayama and holotropic breath along with energy work.
Setting the pace of breath & weaving the energy to unlock the healing power within everyone. Breath is Medicine. We breathe out stagnation to release & make room for connection with Spirit and Self-Love that our Soul longs for.
Ceremonies
Sacred Ceremonies are centered around the four directions and the four elements. We currently host gatherings for Equinoxes, Solstices, and cross quarter holidays. We also offer grief ceremonies/rituals and are available for private ceremonies as well.
Cacao
Cacao is a beautiful Medicine plant to open the Heart and allow the flow of Love, Joy, Presence & Connection. Cacao is actually chocolate in its purest form. This plant is NON-psychoactive. Cacao is a vasodilator which helps widen the blood vessels to allow the blood to flow more easily. It is rich in Magnesium & Theobromine. It also contains serotonin and dopamine, molecules that reduce stress and give a feeling of relaxation and well being.
